 Positive Self Esteem  Believing in your capability to learn, achieve, and


contribute to the world and autonomy to do things on
your own

 Having confidence in your abilities and knowing how


to set reasonable expectations for yourself

 Negative Self -Esteem  When someone lacks confidence about who they are
and what they can do.
 Feelings of incompetent, unloved or inadequate

 Low self - esteem  If you often think badly about yourself negatively – you
may have low self – esteem.

 High self - esteem  Means you believe in yourself and know that you are a
great addition to this world
