AddwizeTM – Academic Course Details (1/2)

In this course the participants will get to explore the AM technology landscape and appreciate the wide
1 Credit range of processes available in AM. They will get the glimpses into the global and local AM scenario
Course through various case studies. This will help them to gain an understanding of the Industrial Drivers,
(15 Hours) Business and & Societal implications of AM. We will conclude the course with a small project by
application of the learnings so far.

In this course the participants will get to explore the AM technology landscape and appreciate the wide
2 Credit range of processes available in AM. They will get the glimpses into the global and local AM scenario
Course through various case studies. The AM process flow is introduced to the participants and each step of the
(30 Hours) process is covered in depth. Both the digital workflow and the non-digital workflow will be dealt with. The
course will include a project with a chance for applying the learnings from the course.

(45 Hours) will deep dive into the design aspects of AM with various exercise sessions. The topic of ‘Process Selection
and Production Planning’ is also introduced to participants which will make them industry ready. A design
project is in scope of this course.

The faculties will get to explore the AM technology landscape and appreciate the wide range of processes
Faculty available in AM. They will also get the glimpses into the global and local AM scenario through various case
