Dear Parents,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention some important
instructions regarding the school's operational procedures that must be strictly followed for the well-
being and safety of our students. We wanted to take a moment to share some important updates with
you regarding our school.
Firstly, we are thrilled to announce that our school community is growing! As we continue to welcome
more students into our midst, we are committed to ensuring that every child receives the best
possible education and support.
With the increase in student numbers, it has become necessary for us to implement some new policies
to ensure the smooth functioning of our school. These policies have been carefully designed to
address the needs of our growing community and to maintain the high standards of education and
safety that we uphold.
We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we believe that these new policies will
ultimately benefit all students and contribute to a more positive learning environment for everyone.

School Arrival Policy

This policy plays a vital role in shaping students’ behaviour ensuring their safety and
promoting a conducive learning environment.
School Time: - 9 am
School entry time: - 8:45 am
Gate closing time – 9 .00am.
Please note: - The school's arrival policy dictates that students must arrive by 8:45 AM. They are
required to report between 8:45 AM and 9 :00 AM. Those arriving after 9:00 AM will be sent home.
Furthermore, students are not permitted to enter the school before 8:40 AM.

School Essentials Policy

All students must have their school essentials on the day of the reopening of the school.
Hence, school Essentials need to be taken before reopening of the school. i.e. 3rd June. School
Essentials will not be provided after the reopening of the school for administrative reasons. Parents
may collect the school essentials on the dates and timings.

Time :-10:30 am to 12:30 pm
School Uniform Policy
We believe that a uniform policy fosters a sense of pride, discipline, and community among our
students, and we appreciate your cooperation and support in ensuring its successful implementation.
Wearing a complete and neat uniform promotes a sense of belonging and upholds our school's values
of equality and inclusivity.
Uniform Vendor will be available on from in the school premises, hence those who missed to
purchase, or exchange can do the needful as students must come in complete and neat uniform from
day one.

School Fees Payment Policy

The academic fees must be paid through ERP and Cheques only.
Transactions directly through banks and cash payment will not be accepted at all. No cash will
be accepted for school fees installments too.
Also note that the accounts department number was shared with parents only during the covid times
for parents’ convenience, henceforth no calls will be answered on the accounts number. For any query
related to accounts too you may call the admin desk.
