MINUTES FOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT HELD ON 22nd

The Meeting commenced at 8:35am and it
was chaired by Mrs Ijeoma Daisy Uchendu
2.0 REVIEW OF PREVIOUS MINUTES.

2.1 Minutes of the previous meeting were read

2.2 In response to the previous minutes, Madam Mrs Halimatu


Halimatu mentioned that the minute was
not detailed enough and she thereby
suggested that we should always give a
comprehensive information/writing So that
we can always get the impulse of the
meeting for reference purpose.

2.3 Madam Ijeoma suggested that the social Mrs. Ijeoma


media figures should be appropriately
stated so that we can easily derive our
analysis in other to measure our progress.

3.0 PRESENTATIONS/UPDATES

3.1 PRESENTATIONS
Madam Halimatu welcomed everyone,
Mrs Halimatu
then asked Madam Ijeoma to chair the
& Mrs Ijeoma
meeting.
Madam Ijeoma welcomed us to a new
week and then commenced the meeting.

3.2 UPDATES Mrs Ijeoma


On Call Center, a total of 36 calls were
treated two weeks back. There was an
unusual decrease because of the 3 day
holiday that was instigated and the
reduction of calls that came in afterwards.
Last week, a total of 176 calls were treated.
Complaints; status updates, Liquidations
Letter of non indebtedness and customers
not being able to see our bank name while
trying to make transactions.

3.3 On Info, a total of 446 has been resolved for Mrs Eneh
the month of April and remaining 80
pending mails which accumulated to a
total of 151 unread mails over the weekend.
She further stated that some of the mails are
spam (People sending their proposals for
website creation and training courses)

3.4 On Facebook, the content was put up for Mr Joseph


salary advance gathered a total of 7,745
Impressions and 79 Interactions. The
content that was put out for NMFB and
NFIU gathered a total of 5,952 Impression
and 75 interactions. 30 Open complaint.

Query, due to the trigger that happened
over the weekend. The Feedback on salary
advance are basically on customers asking
for the link , process and the documents
that are needed.

3.5 On Twitter: the last post on salary advance Miss Yusra


got a total of 1.8k views, 20 complaints for
this morning.
Query; customers asking for phone number,
Branch location , customers Liquidating and
calling to know if the liquidation has been
done, and customers expressing their
grievances when there’s GSI trigger. The
total number of followership has increased
by 100, which is a total of 125.3k

3.6 On Instagram, we have 100 new followers
Rayhannah
and in total , about 27.7k followership.
Query: Request on letter of indebtedness.
Ray further mentioned that they’re two
issues that she has been following up on
which hasn't been resolved till date:
kamparu is one of the names, his issue is on
refund for excess trigger(six hundred and
something thousand)
complaints; GSI trigger and some persons
liquidated but were still triggered.

3.7 CRS, a total of 21 messages were treated Miss Janeth

agreed to the term that I-banking has
been helpful and she further mentioned
that it could be a factor to our call
reduction.

Madam Halima also agreed that I-banking Madam
has been very helpful. She shared a review Halima
saying that “in the space of 15 days, about
105 million has been paid through the use of
I-banking Platform”. She was really
impressed that she said “what is working, is
worth giving praise”

Madam Eneh acknowledged that Madam Mrs Eneh


Ijeoma helped to attend to the mail, which
was actually a deliberate effort from both
ends to reduce the backlogs.

Joseph responded agreeing that it was
actually relevant.

Temitope narrated her experience with a

how she was being given a ticket for follow
up. she there by suggested that we can
implement it so as to help serve our
customers efficiently.
