Marshall crochet Pattern

Chase is 9.5 inches (24cm) tall with my materials.

Feel free to make him from any your favorite yarn. To make bigger toy use
bulky weight yarn (for eyes tread #3).

Materials
Any medium #4 weight yarn:
White color - body, legs, head, tail, ears (Caron Simply Soft)
Red color – body, hat (Caron Simply Soft)
Pink color - for ears, mouth (Caron Simply Soft)
Gold (yellow) color – Stripe on hat, collar (Red Heart)
Grey color to embroider a zipper, make flashlights
Any Sport #2 weight yarn:
Black color for nose

Sharpie Permanent Markers, Ultra Fine Point to draw black spots


Super glue, clear color, gel

For eyes:
Cotton Perle DMC thread #5, hook 1.3mm
Black
Blue

Hooks: 4mm, 3.25mm, 2.75mm, 1.3mm

Head:
White color
Work in rounds, hook 3.25mm

Sew the hole

Neck
Join yarn on bottom of the head
(between round 26 and 27) and crochet
18sc make 2 more rounds
Leave a tail of yarn to sew on body. Do
not forget to stuff neck with fiber when
sew on body.

Eyes
Work on rounds with join, hook 1.3mm

Fasten off
White tiny spot on pupil. Regular thread for sewing, hook 1.3mm, crochet very
tight to make tiny circle.
Round 1: In amigurumi ring make 6sc, glue or sew on pupil.

Head sculpting

Do step by step all pullings to sculpt head:


First pulling to create nose’s bridge
Insert yarn with needle as showed on picture, pull strings to create bridge for nose,
tight knot, weave in tails of yarn.

Tight knot, weave in tails of

Pulling to create cheeks.


Insert needle though neck to the bottom of right corner of right eye cavity,
skip 3 stitches, pull needle through the head to the bottom of left corner of left
eyes, skip 3 stitches, pull needle back to the neck. Pull the string (you will see
how hard you need to have a cheeks), tight double knot. If you use Caron
simply yarn (it is silky), put drop of super glue on knot.

Pulling for each eye to create eye cavity and cheeks.

Needle goes from neck to inside corner on eye cavity skip 2 stiches right and 1
row up and insert needle back to the neck (for each eye).

Muzzle
White color
Work in rounds, hook 3.25mm
Round 1: 6sc in amigurumi ring
Round 2: inc*6 (12)
Round 3: (2sc, inc)*4 (16)
Round 4: 16sc

Join Pink yarn to back loop of 4th stitch, crochet only on back loops: 10sc, fasten off.

Continue with white color


Round 7: 3sc, on front loops of pink stitches: 10sc, on white stitches (on both
loops): 5sc, 6sl st, 2sc (26)
Round 8: 3sc, Crochet the Back Post Single Crochet 10sc; regular stitches: 5sc,
on back loops 6sl st; 2sc (26)
Row 10: 16sc, sl st, fasten off, leave tail for sewing

Nose
Black color, yarn weight 2. Hook 2.75mm
Work on rounds
Round 1: in amigurumi ring make 6sc
Round 2: inc*6 (12)
Round 3: sc, dec, hdcinc, sc, sl st, sc hdcinc, sc, dec, join

Sew on muzzle
Stuff with fiber muzzle and sew on head (between rounds 16 and 22). Look on the
picture how to sew it on head

Optional pulling for mouth: go from


the neck to the left corner of mouth
through all pink stitches (not inside of
muzzle, but through stitches) and back
to neck. Pull as hard you need to go
mouth inside of muzzle

Make paw symbol and sew or glue on hat. You can draw paw on white craft felting
fabric or there are paw buttons in Hobby Lobby.

To make even more detailed hat you can make two rows with single crochet
stitches on the top of the hat.

After that sew its together.

Chain 38, start in 3d from the hook: 36hdc
Sew on body

Collar
Gold (yellow) color, medium weight yarn, hook 4mm
Chain 23, start in 3d from the hook: 21hdc
Sew on neck
Print out badge, glue on carton, and attach to collar with grey yarn.

Embroider zipper with grey color yarn.

Embroider brows or cut out from crafting felt and glue it on head.

Our Marshal is ready. Now with black marker start to paint black spots.
Do not toch with hands, freshly drawn spots.
Slowly and with a lot of patience draw spots. Let him dry out for a night.
