Identifying and Managing Your Stressors

1. How do you deal with stress?

I usually just listen to music, to calm myself down, go out with


friends, so I can just evade myself and feel no pressure for a while
or go to the gym so I a can evade myself but at the same time focus
on myself and not on others like I´m usually doing. And after that I
try to resolve everything thats causing me stress and take on each
all of my problems once at a time.

2. Identify at least one stress management strategy


we've discussed and explain how you can use these
techniques to manage your stress.

I should use more the managing my time better because whenever


I´m too stressed I just break down and go out, to the gym, or
something like so, and then I try to resolve all my problems but I
usually confront them all at once and at the beggining I´m
motivated but after some time it all dtarts to get to me, and so, I
should try and organize myself more whenever I try to solve my
problems because if I don´t break them down they get to big to
handle.
