Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally apply for a visa to participate in an exchange summer


semester at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, where I intend to pursue studies
in Automotive Engineering over the next six months.

Having been accepted into the exchange program, I am thrilled about the opportunity
to immerse myself in the academic and cultural environment at HAW Hamburg. The
chance to study Automotive Engineering at one of Germany’s renowned university is
a significant step towards furthering my education and gaining international exposure
in my field. Studying automotive engineering has been a exciting and meaningful
journey for me. I have learned about vehicle dynamics, transmission system, and
advanced material has not only clearly understanding of how automobiles operate but
has also sparked my passion and creativity. The ever-evolving nature of the
automotive industry keeps me on my toes, and so studying at HamBurg is big
opportunity for me.

I am eager to experience to the academic community at HAW Hamburg and take part
in multicultural experiences at this program. Particularly, Germany, a country known
for it’s engineering expertise, automotive innovation and strong technical education
system. I believe these experiments will enrich both my personal and professional
development.

As required, I have attached the necessary documents, including my Letter of


Acceptance from HAW Hamburg University, proof of financial means, health
insurance coverage, the cooperation agreement between Phenikaa University and
HAW Hamburg, and any other documents in the visa application guidelines.

I am committed to comply to all visa regulations and returning to my home country


upon the completion of the exchange program.Thank you for considering my
application. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and look forward to the
opportunity to study at HAW Hamburg University.
