DECLARATION OF ESTATE

Mr. Franz Werner has decided to grant Mrs. De Mori Matia a power of attorney in the
amount of five hundred and fifty thousand (550,000) euros pursuant to article 25 paragraph 06
of the law on succession, gifts and laws..

- This donation is the exclusive property of Mr. Franz Werner and is intended for Mrs. De
Mori Matia.

- The new owner Mrs. De Mori Matia uses it as his property and has the right to use it.

This voucher confirms that the following beneficiary has been recognized by all the
Courts of First Instance of Paris as the sole beneficiary of the gift (550,000 euros) from
Mr. Franz Werner to the MERIDIAN bank..

Mr. Franz Werner, here represented by Mr. Gérard Luc TIENDA, undertakes to
ensure that the funds are transferred to the beneficiary's account..

Consequently, Mrs. De Mori Matia is recognized as the new owner of this amount
without objection, in accordance with the rights arising from this deed of gift.

The €550,000 will be approved and deposited into the IBAN account:
IT55s3608105138245495745505. As soon as the funds are available, upon receipt of the

the account of the law firm GERARD LUC TIENDA & ASSOCIEES for the lawyers' fees.

Mrs. De Mori Matia has the right to sign the Certificate of Inheritance,
