Writing Effective Emails
Writing Effective Emails
ENGAGEMENT EMAIL
These are email replies we send to our clients on the requests
with good client feedback.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL
As we start on our requests the acknowledgement email assures
the client that we have assessed their request and properly sets
their expectations on turnaround time.
DELIVERY EMAIL
While we let our designs speak to our clients, it will give more
clarity and better understanding on how we’re able to come up
with the designs we send which would help avoid conflict.
KEEP MESSAGES
CLEAR & BRIEF
Emails need to be clear and concise.
Keep your sentences short and to the
point. The body of the email should be
direct and informative.
KEEP IT
FRIENDLY AND
PROFESSIONAL
People often think that emails can be less formal than
traditional letters. But the messages you send are a
reflection of your own values and attention to detail, so
a balance of friendliness and professionalism is needed.

PROOFREADING
Finally, take a moment to review your email for spelling,
grammar, and punctuation mistakes. Your email
messages are as much a part of your professional image
as the clothes you wear, so it looks bad to send out a
message that contains typos.
