As we start on our requests the acknowledgement email assures
the client that we have assessed their request and properly sets
their expectations on turnaround time.

PENDING STATUS EMAIL


It is necessary to ask for all the files needed for the project in order
to avoid back and forth emails. Always follow through with
politeness and a friendly tone.

DELIVERY EMAIL
While we let our designs speak to our clients, it will give more
clarity and better understanding on how we’re able to come up
with the designs we send which would help avoid conflict.

CHECK THE TONE


Your choice of words, sentence length, punctuation, and
capitalization can easily be misinterpreted without visual and
auditory cues. In the first example below, the client might
think that we’re frustrated or angry.
