Krishi Rakshak Portal and Helpline (KRPH) 14447
• It provides multilingual support, enabling transparent
communication and real-time resolution of grievances related to
compensation delays and insurance queries.
SARTHI Portal
• It is a digital insurance platform launched in collaboration with
UNDP India
• It extends coverage to health, life, home, shop, agriculture
implements, motor, and parametric products.
• It can be accessed through PMFBY AIDE("सहायक") mobile
application.

Learning Management System (LMS):

• Objective: To provide stakeholders, in the PMFBY, with the


essential skills and knowledge needed for efficient crop
insurance and agricultural credit.

• It has been developed in collaboration with the National E-


Governance Division (NeGD).

interactive modules, personalized training programs, and
accessible resources.

Portal
• Objective: To assess and certify the digital readiness of MSME
entities.
• It is an online self-assessment tool for MSMEs.
▪ It evaluates their preparedness to seamlessly onboard as
sellers on the ONDC platform.

• Its certification process evaluates various aspects of digital


readiness, including the presence of necessary documentation
for online operations, proficiency in using software and
technology, integration with existing digitized workflows, and
efficient management of orders and catalogue offerings.

About MDA Campaign


• Objective: To check disease transmission by providing free
preventive medications to the residents in areas affected by the
disease.

• Coverage: It will cover 92 districts across 11 endemic states.


▪ 11 endemic states: Assam, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand,
Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh,
West Bengal, and Gujarat.
▪ 75% of MDA districts are from 5 states Bihar, Jharkhand, UP,
Odisha and Telangana.

• Duration: It will run for the next two weeks.
