III. COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course aims to expand the grade 7 students to focus on the fundamental principles, fraction, decimals, S.I conversation, algebraic
expression, real number system, exponent and radicals, ratio and proportion, variation, interpolation, word problem, system of linear equation and
quadratic equation.

IV. OBJECTIVES:

a. General Objectives: at the end of the semester the students are expected to:
a. Recognize different kind of fraction and perform operations and fraction;
b. Operate decimals, applying the rules of the significant figures;
c. Compute percentage of number and percentage errors;
d. Demonstrate the skills in solving fraction, decimal fractions and percentage in various word problems involving distance, speed and time,
and;
e. Conversation of various units of measurements.
