1. Executive Summary
This project aims to purchase handling sample tools as alternative handling samples by light
vehicle. The project objectives is to increase turn around sample preparation and assaying so as
process selective mining ore can produce a grade as planned
2. Problem Statement
The selective mining process to produce the planned grade requires fast sample assay data. This data
is used to make decisions about whether to do mining or stripping. Currently the time required to
obtain assay data is around 3 hours. Half of it is the sample delivery time. With an alternative
sample handling as a drone, it is hoped that the delivery time will be faster

Alternative #2: Purchasing 1 Unit Drone Dji Fly Chart is the most alternative way to increase turn
around sample data. Therefore, we are recommending carrying on the project using the alternative.
