“BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED”, that in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on
March 15, 2024 at Greenhills, San Juan City, which meeting was duly and properly called upon due
notice, the following was discussed:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the Board of Directors of Aramax Solutions Inc hereby
name, constitute and appoint its General Manager, HYUNJIN KO, a Korean National, as its
authorized signatory to sign and give necessary authorization for the corporation’s application for its
renewal of ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION as IMPORTER at Account Management Office
(AMO) – Bureau of Customs, Manila.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the applicant will be the main point of contact between th6e company
and the Bureau of Customs throughout the validity of the company’s accreditation, to be the
Corporation’s responsible officer who will be responsible and liable for the actions of the company
relative to all transactions with BOC, to notify BOC in case of any change in circumstance of the
corporation, and to sign the import entries pertaining to the corporation.
