energy industry. This document will provide an overview of the ways you are compensated as a Powur Consultant. Our business
model rewards you the most for your personal efforts while giving you opportunity for equity ownership as we build a
world-changing company together.

Powur is the first solar company to offer passive Income on sales professionals sponsored into your overall group. This revenue share is also
paid from the 30% of the net revenue that powur retains, and is not paid from the sellers portion.
Powur revenue sharing provides you the ability to earn passive income on up to 6 levels of consultants, and there is no limit to the amount
you can earn from each consultant in your team.
*To count as a qualifying consultant the consultant must be active with at least 1 personal installation every 6 months OR mentor three installations every 6 months.
*Compression will occur if a consultant is not active.
*If the project is a mentored project, 50% of revenue shares goes to the consultant support team and 50% goes to the mentor support team.
EQUITY BONUSES
When you join Powur, you are a “mentee”. Mentee’s must work with a mentor to sell their first 3 projects. Once a mentee has
successfully referred and sold 3 projects with their mentor, they become a consultant and earn the full commission.
If you have over 1 year of solar sales experience in a previous company, you are required to mentor 1 project to learn the Powur
systems, technologies, and tools before you are eligible to sell your own projects.
After you have achieved 5 sold personal contracts with the company, have been active for over 90 days, and have at least 1 sold project
per month you are eligible to become a mentor.

REVENUE SHARING
100% of revenue sharing is paid when your team’s projects are installed. We pay revenue sharing commissions weekly, every Friday.
