15. 「你有潔癖」的英文要怎麼說呢？如果某人很愛乾淨，已經
愛乾淨到讓人有點難忍受的地步，你就可以說這個人有潔癖。
那麼在英文裡面，要怎樣描述那些有潔癖的人呢？本篇文章教
兩種說法。

18. neat 是指愛整潔的，freak 是指怪人，合再一起就是指「有潔
癖」的人囉。

I’m a neat freak.
我是個有潔癖之人

She’s a neat freak.
她有潔癖。
21. 例：
You are a neat freak.
你有潔癖。
22. 當你有說某個人有潔癖，其實用 neat freak 這個詞就很夠用了，
這是比較多人會說的說法。
23. 2.clean freak 有潔癖的人
24. clean freak 同樣也是潔癖的意思，按照劍橋字典的解釋，
clean freak 跟 neat freak 意思是一樣的，只是 neat freak 在美
國比較多人使用唷。

She’s a clean freak. Her place is spotless.
她有潔癖，她的住家一塵不染。
26. 例：Jenny is a clean freak.
珍妮有潔癖。
27. 3.anally retentive 整潔成癖的
28. 接下來要說潔癖的第二種說法，是anally retentive，anally
retentive 的簡寫是 anal，有相同的意思。
29. 但要注意的是，anally retentive 這個詞非常的不雅，因為
anal 本身有肛門的意思。而且這個詞很容易被聯想到肛交。
30. 所以雖然 anally retentive 有「整潔成癖的」的意思，但極度
不建議使用。

She’s a bit anally retentive.
她有點潔癖。
32. 上面就是當你要描述某人有潔癖的兩種英文說法。但大多數
情況下，你都應該只用 neat freak 就好，因為第二種說法很不
雅。
