will be one in which you have expertise.
2. Conduct a needs analysis. Analysis should be
conducted at both the task and person levels.
3. Develop training objectives based on the task
analysis data. PROCESS
4. Develop a detailed proposal for the training
program, which will include: ▪ title and overall description of the program, ▪ training objectives, ▪ training methods to be used and the rationale for using them (including supporting technologies), ▪ a lesson plan, ▪ a tentative lesson content, ▪ a list and description of training materials, ▪ a program evaluation plan. Evaluation should be done at both the reaction and learning levels.
