A Life on Our Planet

Reflection Paper

The David Attenborough Papers were one of the most fascinating and essential stories I have ever
seen. It is not boring to watch because you will gain a lot of knowledge. You can see how much damage
humans have caused to our environment. The garbage is scattered everywhere on land or in the sea you
can see it. Every person on earth should watch this film to be conscious of what’s going on in our planet
and understand how much destruction we’re imposing. The film shows how Attenborough came here to
alert everyone that our planet it's becoming more and more in danger as time goes on. Attenborough
convey emotion by rubbing his eyes and crying. Letting us saw everything and feel it.

Furthermore, the global warming, deforestation, and statistics footage was shocking as it showed
the before and after life on Earth. Orangutans used to play and swing in the tall trees of the rainforest. At
that time there was no forest in sight and unfortunately only one orangutan tried to climb the branchless
tree. I felt really sorry for our magnificent, exquisite planet. It's crazy to witness this and do nothing.
Nature always amazes me it’s beautiful in my eyes when I was a child until these days and now my eyes
are more aware of its beauty, but we have abused it, and it is not good. This real-life film invites us to
join and explore some places that we don't know so far knowledgeable a life wakes up bell. From dense
tropical forests to very cold Antarctica to very hot deserts. This film provides more knowledge for us. "A
Life on Our Planet" is great overall and will likely convey a message to viewers about the importance of
preserving nature. This real-life video that keeps happening today in present that gives us a matter -of-
facts illustration of what really happened to our nature.

How much damage is done because of human selfishness. Many creatures died due to the loss of
their habitat and hunted by humans. This film was made through hard work and for a good cause. The
team behind this film deserves recognition and we appreciate it. Hence, according to Attenborough, we
need to revert to a time when people lived in harmony with the realm of nature. David Attenborough is
one of the few people who really know the natural wonders that happen in the world because he is the
person who declares his life for nature. The film also shows that the Philippines has a lot to do with
ocean waste, not only in the ocean also in the land a waste contributor which I find embarrassing and not
self-proud. Waste is the most significant pollution source lot of things can happen in one blink.
In addition, in the last slide of video, Attenborough keep informing us that it’s not too late to
change the conditions and act now. We can make very small changes step by step that will have a huge
positive impact on our planet. By decreasing the growth of the world’s population, eliminating fishing
zones, and stopping the consuming of meat are simple ways of not only saving and protecting our planet
but also saving us as humans. We need to reduce our consumption. Agroforestry or initiating a tree-
planting program can enhance biodiversity and attain an existing economic scheme to restore
biodiversity Shrubs will indeed be planted as a result of your assistance. We must stop using fertilizers
excessively. All life forms in the world rely on trees humans, animals all living things on earth, that’s
why tree planting and growing vegetables indoors or outdoors is better. Rather than throwing rubbish or
debris indiscriminately or in dumpsters, rubbish or debris can be recycled. Apply the reduce, recycle and
reuse on our daily lives. Do it run the talk.
