Authority to Travel

Authority is hereby granted to MS. LAUDINE MAY V. JUMIG, Administrative

Aide III of the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro – Provincial
Health Office, assigned at the Oriental Mindoro Provincial Hospital, to
travel to Kingdom of Bahrain from 01 December 2022 to 31 December
2022. Ms. Jumig will return to work immediately after her date of travel
expires.

Expenses related to said travel shall be shouldered by named employee
