1.0 INTRODUCE OF CONTRACTOR ENGAGEMENT SESSION
- Everyone introduces theirself prior start the meeting
- Ms. Theresa ask Mr. Tobias to start the meeting based on the agenda
2.0 OPEN REMARKS
- Mr. Christhoper welcome spoke regarding the purpose of this discussion are held.

3.0 HSE MOMENT

- Mr. Tobias show the HSE Moment happened a few years ago which
is finger pinch between roller and toolbox. It happened at pipe lay barge
- To prevent this from happening, Mr. Tobias recommend to always maintain
situational awareness throughout work execution.

4.0 INTEGRITY SHARING

- Mr. Tobias remind all muslim that involve with fasting must fullfill their fasting until end and
remind all muslim and non muslim relation not to smoke while on fasting day and try to stop
smoking.

5.0 HSE DATA

- Next, Mr. Tobias explain the total manhours that have been perform for this -
project from 2023 - Feb 2024.
- Mr. Christhoper questioning HVAC Expert team due to slow progress to
complete this project, and Mr. Tobias issue that HVAC Experts facing lack
of manpower to perform this project due to it really difficult to find
HVAC Technician in Sarawak.
- Mr. Christopher questioning why HVAC Expert not take the KAT ex-technician,
and Mr. Alif issue that most of the technician highly demand based on salary
and it difficult to take new technician from KAT due to project budget.

6.0 ORGANIZATION CHART ISSUE

- Once look at HVAC Expert organization chart, Mr. Christopher questioning -
why the other name in the organization chart not attending the meeting today
and Mr. Alif inform them that the person in the organization chart not attending
the meeting today due to they attend meeting at Kemaman, Terengganu at the -
same day.
- Mr. Christopher remind that the person not attend the meeting just now need to
remark absent in MOM.
- Mr. Azrul questioning the ongoing project at Tukau especially on the manpower
since HVAC team will perform electrical job scope in the next MOB and he asking
is Mr. Fauzan will be available on that time to perform electrical job scope.
- Mr. Tobias inform Mr. Azrul that Fauzan will come to Miri once the electrical job
start and support by the other HVAC crew.
7.0 PROGRESS & PLANNED ACTIVITIES TO COMPLETE THE JOB SCOPE
- Mr. Tobias infrom all attandees the current ongoing project this year are Tukau, -
Temana, MCOT & D35 HVAC Rejuvenation.
- Currently ongoing and manpower that have been MOB is in Tukau Platform
for HVAC Unit E77A Rejuvenation.
8.0 CHALLENGES THAT HVAC EXPERTS FACING WHILE PERFORM THIS CONTRACT
- There a few challeges that HVAC Experts facing while performing this contract.
1. The challeges are ringgit lower than US dollar since certain contractor supplier purchase -
the material from oversea
2. Manpower overhead increasing versus expenditure which is most of technician in
Sarawak highly demand with their salary
3. Price and material increasing every year and most of the material in contract rate price
lower that supplier rate price.

- Dr. Christopher then remind Mr. Alif to give the price of material from oversea to revise
back the contract rate price but Mr. Christopher also remind for Malaysia material will
 not included.
- Mr. Christopher then remind HVAC Expert management team to arrange a new meeting
and make sure the name in the organization chart to attend the upcoming meeting
after Hari Raya Aidilfitri

the progress and bost up the
manpower manhours.

especially electrical person.

easy to understand and well know the
HESB manpower movement.
