Greetings of Peace and good health!

I am writing this letter of justification to obtain approval for the change of amount of
Cash Allowable to Phil. Island Kids Int’l Foundation Inc. – Sacred Heart Village
Elementary School Annex teachers from July 24, 2023 to August 11, 2023 for the
reimbursement of 250 meal allowance to teachers who served the National Learning
Camp 2023.

I have made a mistake on our report that was submitted on August 10, 2023. It was
been overlooked on my behalf the dates of the duty of teachers, I have included the
dates from July 17-21, 2023 in which it was prior to the start of NLC, and I did not
inputted on dates July 31- August 4, 2023, to which there were teachers who were on
duty for NLC that week. We would like to make corrections on this. I accepted that it
was on my negligence that I submitted a miscalculation of data input. I promise that next
time I will be more watchful of all the reports that I will be submitting to the Division
Office.

Attached herewith are the compilations of our attachments to the NLC Reimbursement
of 250 Meal Allowance, such as; Payroll signed by teachers, CERR per teachers, List of
Volunteer Teachers, Weekly Attendance of Teachers, and Weekly Accomplishments,
and Daily Time Record.

I will be hopeful that you will consider this justification letter. Thank you and more
power.
