Job Description - Technical Support Engineer

We are hiring freshers to work on technical support process for one of our
biggest clients Microsoft and support customers on Microsoft cloud technology.

Role: Technical Support Engineer

Experience: 0 -1 year

Desired candidate profile:

You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills & have ability to
present clearly and adapt communication style depending on the situation and should be
willing to work in US shift i.e., 7pm to 4am.

What will you do?

 You will provide Microsoft cloud support to our client’s customers using a software
platform provided by Gigmo or our client.
 Support tickets are received on the software platform and support engineers
interact with the customers using outbound call, email or chat all these contact
modalities are built within the software platform that the engineer uses.
 Engineers can seek help from our technical experts/Microsoft Technical advisors to
resolve the support ticket.
 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Training

 No prior experience or knowledge of programming is required but familiarity and


interest in technology/software is an added advantage.
 There will be rigorous Microsoft O365 full-time training provided by our expert
trainers.
 Post the training you can choose to do industry certifications like MCP (Microsoft
certified professional), MCSE, MCT.
 You will be committing to minimum tenure with us after the training program by
signing a legal agreement with Gigmo Solutions

Eligibility Criteria

 Education: B.Sc. Computers/BCA/BE/BTECH


 Applicants should have excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
 Should be okay to work in Night Shift supporting US customers i.e., shift time will
be 7pm to 4am.
 Candidates must have their Own laptop and internet/Wi-Fi connection. (Hardware
Pre-requisites: laptop (8GB RAM), windows 10/11 OS, internet speed- 30 Mbps)
 Location: Work from home
