* It is the plan—stated or implicit—that

the company has to succeed in achieving its goals.

* It guides the company’s operations and determines

specific tactics that the company will use.

STRUCTURE
5

* Structures outline the hierarchies within an organization.

* Determines each worker ’s position, the ways in which

instructions come from the top down, reports travel upward,
and how they communicate if they are from the same level.
We have two types of structure:-

Conduits are the supply systems by which
information travels within the organization.
.

channels by which people, money, and things are properly
allocated, controlled, and tracked.

The human must be at the
center center of the
organization’s operations,
because companies cannot
exist by their strategy,
structure, and machinery,
`but rather rely on living,
working, and interacting
people. Without humans,
the organization is dead.

individuals and Motivation 12
10

Individuals are unique. Their societal upbringing, social

environment, life experiences, and personalities all make
everyone special.
Motivation incites, directs, and maintains behavior toward goals.

Motivation and job performance are, of course, related;

a motivated person who desires to do well at work is willing to
expend effort to do so.

Job satisfaction closely correlates with motivation and, naturally,

several theories exist to explain the degree of pleasure an
employee derives from his or her job.
Good and Positive Place
13

A satisfying job meets physical needs

through appropriate income,
and meets psychological needs through
growth opportunities and professional
recognition.

Treat others the way they want to be

treated. Strive for mutual respect and for
an atmosphere that makes people proud to
work here. Provide career opportunities.
Say thank you for a job well done
Summary: 14
The organization can't function by itself.
All the successful organizations depend on their
employees.
If they satisfied about the organization they will be
eager to achieving the goals
The employees should be motivated to reach the
target
