General Information about Nomination & Applying for Erasmus Exchange

The sending university must send a nomination to the e-mail projektai@ltvk.lt indicating students
name, e-mail address and study year and field at home university.

Students who intend to study at LBUAS under exchange program have to complete the Application
form and send by e-mail to projektai@ltvk.lt . Students have to make sure they upload a Learning
Agreement for Studies (section before mobility) containing the courses they have chosen to study at
LBUAS, and signed by the student and sending university. Courses can only be chosen from the list of
courses that are available for incoming exchange students.

Traineeship

Application Package:

1. Application Form;
2. Curriculum Vitae - Europass.
3. Learning agreement for traineeships (section before mobility) signed by your home Institution;
4. Copy of your passport or ID (must be valid for at least 3 months after the conclusion of your
placement in Lithuania).

And other documents, if the company/organization requires. All documents must be completed
electronically, signed and stamped, as required. The application package (pdf format) must be sent to
the LBUAS International Relations Office by e-mail: projektai@ltvk.lt.
