Description

1.0 Objective

The purpose of this method statement is to measure the soil resistivity in substation.

2.0 Scope of works

The scope of works may engage such injection of current around an outer loop and a voltage will be
measure.

Procedure and Methodology

As per attached Approved Soil Resistivity Method

Equipment

a) Megger Test Set

b) Electrodes
c) Measuring Tape
d) Safety requirements tools such as safety shoes, safety helmet, fluorescent vest and safety
gloves to ensure maximum ability of safe work and dust mask when require.

Safety and Health

The safety and health issue shall comply with contractor’s safety and health plan
