SPEECH WRITING

Question 1 : Write a speech on World Yoga day for your school morning assembly in not
more than 300 words.

Good Morning Principal Ma’am, Headmaster Sir, my dear Teachers and my fellow mates.
This is Swarnim Chaudhuri and today to honour “World Yoga Day”, I will give a speech
on “Essence of Yoga”.

Friends, our vedic civilisation has contributed many significant things to the entire
human race. Some of the prominent ones being, discovery of zero, invention of
shampoo, renowned works in surgery and the beautiful intoxicant “Samras”. But apart
from these it has also shared with the world something which has become a regular
activity for a large mass of people. Yes, you guessed it right it is indeed Yoga.

Yoga is much more than a 15 minute exercise. The essence of Yoga is much more
enormous. Yoga is not just a few poses to relieve your body and make it physically
active and fit. It is a gateway or portal which connects our physical body to the spiritual
realm. The chakras in our body as described in vedas, can be opened and accessed with
the help of yoga. In today’s world filled with hatred, anger and jealousy. Yoga is the way
to open a portal to our peace loving ancestors and share a moment of their secrets to
happiness and togetherness. In today’s polarised and divided world, Yoga can act as a
bridge to connect everyone together in one big spiritual realm. A place where there is
no hatred and only silent peace.

Yoga is now gaining popularity across corners of this globe, but it is a shame to see the
people from the origin lands of Yoga refusing it from embracing it as a daily routine of
their lives. Our Honorary Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi will be in the United States
during the “World Yoga day”, hosting a session of Yoga in Washington DC with the
Senators and other well known US Celebrities.

Therefore let us also take part on this Yoga Day and rejoice in it with all our might by
replenishing and rejuvenating our souls with a wonderful session of Yoga. With that I
would like to conclude my speech.

Thank You.

FILM REVIEW
Question 4 : Write a film review of the film you recently watched.

OPPENHEIMER

Oppenheimer, directed by the legendary director Christopher Nolan, is nothing short of a

brain hammering three hour masterclass. The movie features an excellent ensemble cast
including Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Junior, Matt Damon, Rami Malek, Emily Blunt and
many more.

The film takes the audience on a mesmerising journey through Oppenheimer's life,
seamlessly blending historical footage, interviews, and reenactments to create an
immersive narrative. The director's adept storytelling skillfully weaves together
Oppenheimer's scientific brilliance, his role in the Manhattan Project, and the profound
ethical questions that haunted him throughout his career.

The cinematography of "Oppenheimer" is visually arresting, capturing both the beauty and
devastation of the era. The juxtaposition of stunning landscapes with the grim realities of
nuclear power serves as a poignant visual metaphor for the moral conflict central to
Oppenheimer's story.

The documentary delves into the psychological and philosophical dimensions of

Oppenheimer's life, exploring his internal struggles with the immense power he helped
unleash upon the world. The interactions with scientists, experts, and politicians who knew
Oppenheimer provide insight into his complexity, making the narrative a compelling blend
of personal introspection and historical analysis.

The film's evocative score, composed by Hans Zimmer, enhances the emotional resonance
of the story. The music complements the film's mood, underlining the tension between
scientific achievement and ethical responsibility that defines Oppenheimer's legacy.

"Oppenheimer" not only illuminates the scientific and political aspects of the atomic
bomb's development but also prompts viewers to contemplate the ethical implications of
scientific discovery. It provokes important discussions about the role of scientists in shaping
the world and the consequences of their choices.

"Oppenheimer" is a cinematic triumph that transcends traditional biographical

documentaries. It engages the intellect and stirs the soul, leaving audiences pondering the
intricate relationship between human ingenuity and the ethical dilemmas that accompany
it. With its captivating storytelling, striking visuals, and thought-provoking themes,
"Oppenheimer" stands as a must-watch film that offers much more than a mere glimpse

students. In this article, we will explore the significance of fostering creativity within the
educational framework.

Main Body:
In the fast-paced world we live in, where change is the only constant, nurturing innovative
skills has become imperative. Education should not merely be a transfer of information; it
should be an incubator for new ideas. Schools play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of
future innovators, and thus, it is essential to create an environment that encourages

This not only prepares them for the challenges of the future but also contributes to the
