Subject: EXPLANATION

1. It has been intimated by HR Wing vide Letter No.

PASSCO/HR/Estb/Coord/2024/6785 dated: 13.03.2024 that you did not mark attendance
regularly with face recognition/ biometric system while attending leaving the office during the
month of February-2024 (copy attached). This shows negligence and carless attitude on your
part.
2. You are hereby called upon to explain the above, as to why disciplinary action
should not be initiated against you under PASSCO E&D rules. Your reply to reach the
undersigned within two (02) days of receipt of this explanation.
