Dealership Add to Cart: Dealership will their own login for Add to Cart to the portal

Step 0: Login into booking.mahindra.com

Step 1: Click on Add to Cart Button on top right to start the process
Step 2: Enter Customer details

Step 3: Select XUV 3XO variant from options of Fuel, Transmission, Seating and Color.
Step 4: Review all details and Add your booking to Cart
Add to cart successful. Dealer can start another add to cart from here

Dealer can look at all his Add to carts on their Dashboard page.
The Dealers can Modify their Cart any time they want by logging back into the portal mentioned
above.

Later once the bookings open, you can complete your booking from the cart. Login to the portal
using same mobile number and click on book now. We will send a SOP on booking flow close to
openings of the booking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Dealerships will not have any visibility of the customers’ details (no enquiry will
be generated, no leads will be passed on, etc) until the customer completes his/her booking.
Similarly, customer preferences (variants added to cart, colours chosen, etc) will also not be visible
to dealerships. Cart details for a dealership will not be available on DMS/Qlikview etc.
The customer will have to login using his/her phone number to access the cart and take further
action (complete booking/change preference).
