TAKE NOTICE that on a general meeting of the members of TASKA MATIRASESS LIMITED
held on 25TH day of OCTOBER 2022, the members resolved to:
1. Voluntarily liquidate the company on 25th October 2022, at the main branch of TASKIMS
in Karen, RNG Plaza, 4th Street Karen.
2. That we offered the following reasons for the special resolution.
3. . That the company is unable to pay its debts.
4. That the company’s capital and resources were being mismanaged and it is beyond repair.
2. Appoint Mocheche Mosoti from the Insolvency and Insolvency Company for insolvency
practitioners as liquidator of the company.
