Mind Mapping:

SWOTT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats and Trends)

You are to identify and set according to your business project.

• With the use of this app, Senior Citizens, Persons with Disability (PWD’s),
Working People like Single Moms, etc. will not experience traffic in going to
malls to grocery shopping.
• PWD's, and senior citizens can now grocery shop and help their love ones

S
just by using this app while sitting comfortably.
• Working people like single Moms and night shift workers can now spend
more time with their family by saving time from grocery shopping in malls
with the use of this app.
• Letting people who were working to be productive and for them to put
more attention on working. Also, for people whose on work and don’t have
Strengths time to go to groceries and buy what they need.
• Faster Delivery with the use of motorcycles and use of experienced drivers
behind the wheel of a truck that's going to be used in delivering large
number of items to different houses.

WWeaknesses

Grocery stocks may not always be available.
Low delivery charge may affect company's financial state.
People may not be interested especially those who were near in super
markets.

6
• Shop in A Box has the ability to sell the product of the chosen department
stores without any hassle to them and for their customer. This makes an
opportunity to the department stores to have more sales without much of
a man power because the app will do the ordering work for them.

O
• The app will also benefit the customers because shopping online is easier
and it is trustworthy when it comes to their personal information.
• This will make a valid opportunity for the Shop in a Box company to gain
more trust from customers and convince them that they are reliable when
it comes to customer services
• Shop in a Box can expand into nationwide if the market sales will continue
Opportunity
to increase and if the demand of the customer will increase
• The developer will continue to upgrade the app so the customers will shop
more comfortably and they will recommend it to their friends
• Our company can go bankrupt because of the low delivery charge, which is
one of the weaknesses of our company. Our company dealing with
financial needs can be the one to pull our company down or worst may end
up to nothing.
• If our company would increase the delivery charge, people might lose
interest in our app and might think of bearing with the traffic than to pay
more for delivery charge.

T
Our company can go bankrupt because of the sudden raise in the Oil price.
The company may not be able to expand their business anymore and may
not be able to support themselves when this happens.
• In delivering everyday with the use of vehicles, a large chance of an
accident to happen is always present. Driving in broad daylight or at night
doesn't secure your safety. It's a threat to us because these accidents may
Threats take effect on our company.
• Irresponsible Drivers may get in our company without us knowing. People
nowadays are not easy to trust and that's why we become fooled and just
like this threat, some drivers might be irresponsible and cause damage to
our company by failing to deliver or by delivering spoiled product.
• Our competitor would most likely be "Honest Bee" because of its similarity
in delivering products to customers.

TTrends
• People are using technologies such as phones, tablets, iPad, etc. Which
makes it easy to access our app.
