AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION OF DISCREPANCY

We, VICTORIA P. CUYA and ISABELO P. CUYA, both of legal ages, Filipinos and a
resident of Alitagtag and Sto. Tomas City, Batangas, respectively, after having been duly sworn
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state THAT:

1. We are the parties and signatories in a DEED of ABSOLUTE SALE executed on

______________ and duly notarized before a Notary Public Atty. _______________________,under the Doc
no._____, Page No.____, Book No._____ Series of_______;

2. The said DEED of ABSOLUTE SALE was processed for transfer of its registration
before the proper government agencies including the BIR and DAR;

3. Due to our old age, considering that we are both in our 90’s, our signatures in the
said document and the clearances issued by the said agencies will differ;

4. The signatures and thumbmarks appearing in all the documents refer to one and the
same person herein affiants;

5. We are executing this Affidavit of Explanation of Discrepancy to attest

to the truth of the foregoing facts and explain the discrepancy in signatures in the DEED of
ABSOLUTE SALE and the DAR Clearance;
