WAXKON Trading JP is a Japan registered company.

The “Purchaser” understands that the "Seller" is able to provide coals from Indonesia, and
has intention to build long term
supplier relationship with appropriate buyers.
Purchaser would like to take necessary activities to close prospective transactions with
mutually satisfied terms. This Letter of Intent is to confirm Purchaser’s potential purchase
intention of coal in any grades in the foreseeable future. The Seller should provide a most
recent test report, the laycan time of the trial shipment and a SPA as soon as possible.
The indicative terms are as follows:
Origin: Indonesia
Calorie value: > 6,200 Kcal/Kg ( Loading port exports over 6500 kcal )

Total Sulphur: < 0.7%

Total Moisture: < 10.0%
Price Term: CFR , USD 200 (Coal price $ 117, ship price $ 83) for 6,200 Kcal/Kg

 Perfomance Bond : 2%,LC Payment : 90% Loading Port,10% Discharging Port

Quantity: 50,000 –200,000 metric ton per month
