In addition to your other duties and responsibilities, you as the Management Representative will be responsible for and have

 Oversee the implementation of the SHE policy.

 Ensure that the management system is established and maintained according to the relevant statutory
requirements.
 Ensure that all incidents are fully discussed and that the committee decides on measures to be implemented to
prevent re-occurrence of such an incident.
 Liaise with internal and external parties on all matters relating to the management systems and the quality of
service to enhance the effectiveness of the management systems.
 Ensure the promotion of customer requirements and customer focus.
 Schedule and chair SHE meetings.
 Ensure everyone has an opportunity to share facts and ideas.
 Help members agree on the problem and arrive at a consensus on the solution.
 Allocating resources for investment in SHE management.
 Co-ordinate annual reviews of the effectiveness of the SHE management systems.
 Delegate part or all of your duties.

This appointment is effective until termination of employment.
