4min) --Washing → Drying

Warm bath( 5 gpl Peroxide) → Cod bath → Drying
Note:
1) Full desizing is necessary to ensure excellent discharge
effect. Otherwise, the color fastness will not be satisfactory.
2) Be careful when preparing discharge paste. Equipment made
of iron should be totally avoided in preparing the paste.
3) Printing binder ,Pigment should be resistant to acid and
stable to oxidation.( Use discharge stable Pigments)
4) Prepared paste should be stored in cool and dry. The paste
will gradually turn greenish during storage. Its shelf life is 72
hrs, so we suggest users prepare discharge paste right
before printing. Remaining paste should be stored in cool
and dry. It is suggested to check again before reusing.
5) Don't overdry after discharge printing, or, steaming effect will
be influenced and color shade will change. Drying is
considered enough when the prints no longer feel sticky.
6) Printed fabrics should be steamed as soon as possible –
waiting too long will influence color shade.
7) Thorough wash is needed after steaming. It will improve
2
wash fastness and keep fabric pH value neutral by adding
detergent and soda ash in wash process.
Safety Used in accordance with good hygienic and industrial practices these
products will not present any hazard, however, prolonged skin contact
with neat product should be avoided.
