storing with oxides, strong acids and strong alkali.
Argaprint DPL-Lqd
Appearance Transparent Liquid
Solubility Dissolve in water (20°C, solubility=100g/100g water)
Stability Stable in alkali and neutral solution, it is a strong
oxide in acid solution.
Storage Store in cold and dry, and well ventilated area. Avoid
storing with strong acids, copper salt, ammonium
salt and reducing agents.
Application Recipe:
 Stock thickener:
Argaprint JD90 10 parts
Water 90 parts
Total 100 pats
 Discharge Print paste:
White discharge Colored discharge
Stock thickener 35-40 % 25-30 %
Urea 6-7 % 5 %
Argaprint EML ----- 15-20 %
Argaprint DP-H 6-7 % 5-6 %
Argaprint DPL lqd 32-35 % 24-25 %
Citric acid 8-10 % 6%
Pigment ----- 3-5 %
Binder (Argaprint BD-LN) ----- 15-20 %
TIO2 (Titanium Powder) 3-5 % -----
Water up to 100 kg up to 100 kg

1
Process:
1. Put in Stock thickener and water, stir uniformly
2. Add EML for colour discharge. Stirr uniformly
3. Add in Urea, stir uniformly
4. Add in Argaprint DP-H and stir to dissolve
5. Add in Argaprint DP-L lqd and stir to dissolve
6. Add in Citric acid and stir uniformly
7. For colored discharge printing add Binder
8. Add pigment paste into discharge paste before printing

Printing process:
 White discharge: Denim pretreatment → Printing → Drying →
Steaming (102-105℃×8min) → Washing → Drying
 Colored discharge: Denim pretreatment → Printing → Drying →
Steaming (102-105℃×8min) → Thermo fixing (150~155℃×3-
4min) --Washing → Drying
 Washing procedure: Cold bath → Hot bath (>80℃, Na2CO3 3g/l)
→ Soaping (90~95℃, Na2CO3 3g/l, detergent 2g/l) → Hot bath →
Warm bath( 5 gpl Peroxide) → Cod bath → Drying

Note:
1) Full desizing is necessary to ensure excellent discharge
effect. Otherwise, the color fastness will not be satisfactory.
2) Be careful when preparing discharge paste. Equipment made
of iron should be totally avoided in preparing the paste.
3) Printing binder ,Pigment should be resistant to acid and
stable to oxidation.( Use discharge stable Pigments)
4) Prepared paste should be stored in cool and dry. The paste
will gradually turn greenish during storage. Its shelf life is 72
hrs, so we suggest users prepare discharge paste right
before printing. Remaining paste should be stored in cool
and dry. It is suggested to check again before reusing.
5) Don't overdry after discharge printing, or, steaming effect will
be influenced and color shade will change. Drying is
considered enough when the prints no longer feel sticky.
6) Printed fabrics should be steamed as soon as possible –
waiting too long will influence color shade.
7) Thorough wash is needed after steaming. It will improve

2
wash fastness and keep fabric pH value neutral by adding
detergent and soda ash in wash process.

Safety Used in accordance with good hygienic and industrial practices these
products will not present any hazard, however, prolonged skin contact
with neat product should be avoided.
