PRODUCT INFORMATION
ACROLUBE acts as a lubricant which helps during the wet finishing of textiles for
any fibre prone to creasing, wrinkling , crow’s feet and chafe marking.
Acrolube is particularly useful for processing under difficult conditions, such as
in short liquors or on heavily loaded winches and jets and for processing heavy,
crease-prone goods and materials.

ADVANTAGES : -

 Helps in avoiding permanent creases during wet finishing.

 Fabrics run better and more dependably in machines, no chafe marks or
streaks.
 Higher capacity utilization of jets, winches, paddle and drum-type dyeing
machines.
 Improved quality of results in short-liquor processing.
 No impairments of liquor stability, hence no dye agglomeration and no
quality problems with stains and specs .
 More evenness, thus more even appearance of goods.
 Improved running properties of the textile material.
 No stiffness of viscose in wet state .
 Best dye yield and high reproducibility of results.
 Suitability for all dyeing methods.
 Excellent fastness properties.
 No foam in jet dyeing machines, improved run of goods.
 Nil effect on dyeing properties irrespective of the substrate.

CHARACTERISTICS :

 Lowers fabric to fabric friction

 Reduces fabric– to metal friction.
 Lowers the friction coefficient of the textile material.
 Has a non-permanent softening effect.
 Suitable for all substrates.
 Has no retarding effect.
 Is highly effective at all temperatures and pH levels.
 Does not impair rubbing fastness.
 Generates little foam.
 Does not impair the absorbency of cellulosic fibers.

Stability Highly Stable in hard water and to acids alkalis and
electrolytes in normal concentrations.

APPLICATION :
For best results Acrolube should preferably be added to the treatment bath
before the goods are put in the bath.

Require amount
The amount of Acrolube required depends primarily on the sensitivity of the
textile material, the type of machinery and the level of loading.

Note:
Acrolube is suitable for use in all wet finishing processes. It is particularly
effective in preventing creases, inserted for example during washing. Squeezing ,
boiling , milling and while lying.

Limitations
This product is neither tested not represented as suitable for medical or
pharmaceutical use or for use in the fool industry . It is not recommended for
cosmetic or toiletry use.

Storage & Handling : Normal precautions for handling chemicals should

Be observed in storage, It is recommended that operators should wear goggles,
gloves and protective clothing when handling the undiluted product . Any
contact with skin or eyes should be washed with copious amount of cold water .
It can be Stable for 6 months in closed containers at 20 o C
Not affected by cold ( - 4 o C ) or heat ( 60 o C )
