This Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered this __day of

 WHEREAS, the VENDEES are desirous to acquire the afore-
described property and the VENDOR agrees;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

foregoing premises and specifically the sum of

Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
VENDOR from the VENDEES, the said VENDOR has sold,
transferred and conveyed unto said VENDEES, their heirs,
successors and assigns the afore-described real property free

It shall be understood that VENDORS shall pay for the

capital gains tax and documentary stamp tax due by reason of
this sale while the VENDEE shall pay for the transfer and
registration fees.
