Tally ERP9 Basic Concept of Tally

 What is Tally Prime - Tally Prime हे Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. या
कंपनीर्े बनवलेले Tally ERP9 च्या पढ
ु र्े Version आहे . यािध्ये नवीन नवीन
असे खूप Features ददलेले आहे त.

 What is Tally - Tally हे एक सॉफ्टवेअर आहे जे प्रािख्

ु याने Accounting साठी
use केले जाते. परं तु Tally हे सॉफ्टवेअर फक्त Accounting साठी न वापरता
संपण
ू च Business च्या संबंधीत असलेल्या सवच व्यवहारांर्ी नोंद ठे वण्यासाठी
वापरतात. यािध्ये Raw Material पासन
ू Finish Goods पयंत सवच Entry केल्या
जातात.

 Accounting - Accounting म्हणजे Business च्या संबंधीत असलेल्या सवच

व्यवहारांर्ी ववमिष्ट पदधतीने केलेली नोंद होय. ववमिष्ट पदधत म्हणजे जी
पदधत आपल्याला सिजायला सोपी जाईल ती पदधत होय.
 Capital - Capital या िब्दार्ा अर्च भांडवल असा होतो. Business च्या िालकाने
Business सरु
ु करण्यासाठी सरु वातीला केलेली गुतंवणक
ु होय.
 Liability - Business ने इतर लोकांना दयायर्ी जी दे णी असतात त्यास
Business र्ी Liability असे म्हणतात.

 Goods - Business िध्ये जी वस्तू प्रािख्

ु याने ववकली जाते त्यास Goods असे
म्हणतात.

 Fixed Assets- (कायमस्वरुपी मालमत्ता) - Business िध्ये ज्या वस्तू आपण

Use करतो त्यास Fixed Assets असे म्हणतात. यािध्ये Building, Furniture
etc यांर्ा सिावेि होतो.

 Current Assets – (चालू मालमत्ता) - ज्यांर्े आपण लगेर् Cash िध्ये रुपांतर
करु िकतो त्यास Current Assets असे म्हणतात. यािध्ये Cash, Bank
Balance, Finish Goods etc यांर्ा सिावेि होतो.

 Sundry Creditor - ज्यांच्याकडून आपण िाल खरे दी करतो त्यास Sundry

Creditor असे म्हणतात.

 Sundry Debtors - ज्यांना आपण िाल ववकतो त्यास Sundry Debtors असे
म्हणतात.

 Drawing- (उचल) - Business च्या िालकाने Business िधन

ू Personal Use
साठी पैसे काढले असतील तर त्यास Drawing असे म्हणतात. Drawing हे
Capital िधन
ू वजा केले जाते.

 Bad Debts- (बड

ु ीत गेलेले पैसे) - Business कडे येणा-या पैिांपक

Debts असे म्हणतात.

 Ledger - Business च्या संबंधीत असणा-या सवच स्वतंत्र घटकांनास Ledger असे
म्हणतात.
 Financial Year – Financial Year हे 1st April ला सरु

March ला संपते. सवच प्रकारर्े Tax हे Financial Year प्रिाणे भरले जातात.

 Accounting - Business all transaction recording specific method this
called accounting. This method important to understanding and
analyses to the business transaction.

 Capital – At the Start of new business. Business owner do the

investment this is called capital.

 Fixed Assets – Which product use to business this called Fixed

Assets.

 Good – Which Product sell to customer this called Goods.

 Sundry Creditor – Product we are buying from any one is called

Sundry Creditor.

 Sundry Debtors – Product we are selling to any one is called

Sundry Debtors.

 Liability – Pending payment of our business is called as business

liability.

 Drawing – Owner uses money from business capital for personal use
is called Drawing. It reduces to business capital.

 Financial Year – Financial Year period starting for 1st April to 31st
March. Government taxes is payed according to financial year.

 Leader Account – Business related all thing is called Ledger.

 Credit Transaction – In business transaction made on credit is called

Credit transaction.

 Cash Transaction – In business transaction made in Cash or

Cheque this is called Cash transaction.
