Subject: Final request for delivery of missing items and installation, testing & commissioning of
tower crane

It is to be recalled that, we have made a bilateral agreement for the transferring of 23 different large
Machinery and plants as well as 128 different spare parts at Arjo Didhessa Dam Project. This time
around, we are at the final stage of the transfer. To finalize the handing over of the tower crane and
commence the installation, testing & commissioning of it, the following items of the tower crane are
found missing, without which the tower crane is incomplete, cannot be installed & made operational.

As the heavy rain season starts next month, OCC has planned to start the erection work after a week.

So, your company has to fulfill its obligation according to the contractual agreement made between us.
Otherwise, OCC will be forced to take legal action to solve the problem it faces.
