[Issue Description]
New users are not familiar with registering accounts on Yealink phones.For example, after receiving and powering on the phone,
it shows “No Service” on the top-left corner of the LCD and the phone can’t call out or receive incoming calls!
[Cause]
SIP Account is not registered!
[Resolution]
Please follow below detailed steps:
1. Press the “ok” button on the keypad, and you will get the IP address of the phone.
2. Access the phone webpage -> Account ->Register, fill in the corresponding parameter -> click “confirm” to accept the change.
User Name: It is provided by ITSP for registration (necessary). Please connect with your VOIP Service provider to get this
information.
Register Name: It is an authenticated ID for authentication provided by ITSP (necessary).please connect your VOIP Service
provider to get this information.
Password: It is provided by ITSP for registration (necessary). Please connect with your VOIP Service provider to get this
information.
Server Host: It is provided by ITSP for registration (necessary). Please connect with your VOIP Service provider to get this
information.
