ect: Request for Employee personal photos for Mina itech System Activation

Dear Team,

I hope this email finds you all well.

We are currently in the process of activating our Mina itech System, and we urgently need personal
photos of all employees to complete the setup of their accounts in the system. These personal photos
are essential for identifying employees and customizing their accounts.

Therefore, I kindly request all employees to provide me with recent personal photos for use in the Mina
itech System. Please ensure that the images are in JPG or PNG format and have dimensions of at least
200x200 pixels.

Regarding your concern, about whether our employees are entitled to family exemption or not, this is to
inform you that as per our Tax law any employee with a Married status will be entitled to family
exemption, and any employee with a Single status will not be entitled to a family exemption.

Furthermore, regarding the personal photos, could you please confirm the preferred specifications for
the photos, such as format and dimensions?
