This Memorandum of Agreement is being executed and covenanted this ____ day of _____________________ in Quezon City, Metro Manila by and between: ERNIE D. ARIMALA, of legal age, Filipino, widower and a resident of Brgy. Culiat, Quezon City, Philippines, hereinafter represented by Atty. Danny F. Villanueva, Attorney-in-fact referred to as the First Party/ Owner as per Deed of Absolute Sale from the registered owner Domingo Dela Cruz. AND
MICHAEL G. ESTORCO and ANGELO D. TUNGALA, both of legal
age, Filipinos with residence address at Lot 24, Blk. 74 Brgy. North Fairview, Quezon City and at No. 204 Eagle Court Condominium, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the Second Party/Agents;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the First Party is the owner of the property/parcel of
land covered by Transfer of Certificate of Titles (TCT) No. and more particularly identified as: Transfer of Certificate of Title Nos. 53073 (Lot 2) & 53074 (Lot 4) For the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City Location: Lot 2 Blk. 75 Commonwealth Avenue Ext., Brgy. North Fairview, Quezon City Lot 4 Blk.75 Commonwealth Avenue Ext., Brgy. North Fairview, Quezon City Area: 1,200 sqm.
That the aforementioned property is subject for sale in the
amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00) per square meters; That both parties agreed ERNIE D. ARIMALA, Atty. Danny F. Villanueva and the agents Michael G. Estorco and Angelo D. Tungala has offered for FIVE THOUSAND PESOS(P5,000.00) per square meters and will be divided equally by the agents Michael G. Estorco and Angelo D. Tungala; That this agreement shall be valid until revoked by the parties; IN WITNESS WHERE, the parties have hereunto set our hands and affixed our signature this______ day of ___________________________2024 at Quezon City.
