How To Make Delicious Pizza Using Oven

Equipment :

 One medium saucepan

 Stand mixer with dough hook
 Baking sheet/oven
 teflon

topping :

 1-2 cups fresh or shredded mozzarella cheese

 1 cup sliced halal beef pepperoni

Dough Ingredients :

 250 gr flour
 1 egg
 2 teaspoon yeast
 3 teaspoon oil
 1 cup warm water
 1/4 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon sugar
How to make the dough :

 put the yeast and sugar into a large bowl.

 mix them add warm water into the dough, leave covered for 10 menutes.
 after that, place the dough into lerge bowl for kneading
 put the flour a little and continue.
 put the salt in.
 then put the egg into the dough.
 use mixer hook to mix the dough.
 continue mixing untill become one dough.

take the dough, roll out the dough on the oiled teflon.
spread the topping above the dough. prepare the oven for bake. put the dough
into the oven. after 15 menutes you can take the cooked pizza from the oven.
