Job Role: - Product Engineer (CCTV)

● Good understanding of Product Planning, Brand Management, New Product

Development, Vendor Management, Market Research & Competition Study, Gap
Analysis, Time to market execution & Software Quality, Customer experience and
after sales Quality Management, Product Life Cycle Management.
● Support to sales team to achieve their target and coordinate with partner to explain
about our product advantage against competitor
● Defining Product Roadmap and generating new product ideas as per the market
requirement & customer experience.
● Meeting with partners and sales team about product Roadmap, stock planning &
Product strategy
● Worked on the product competition analysis and market research/understanding
and made reports for the same and discussed with HQ R&D team.
● Product selection support to internal team and key projects customer.
● Managing the product launch scenario at the technical aspect.
● Managing & Organized the Internal, External & Online product Training to ND,
SI, RD & SRD for smooth operation and quality of work delivery. Roadshows
and dealer event.
● Pre-Launch testing, preparing testing reports and feedback for improvements
 ● Experienced in product presentation, research, documentation & product
development plans.
● Meetings with Partners & Distributors from time to time for making regular
ongoing activities smoother.
● Understand client’s business and functional needs and create solutions.
● Deliver demos to prospective clients and engage in functional level discussions
on product aspects, features and benefits.
● Managing Exhibitions and Marketing Events.
● Coordination with Channel Sales & Project sales Department regarding
product.
● Communicating with Channel Partner for the product specifications of
proposed new products.
