The link should prompt you to save a copy to your personal Google Drive (best to use a
PC/desktop/laptop). If not, you’ll need to:

1. Make sure you’re signed into your google account (and that there is sufficient
space on your drive)
2. File > Make a Copy
3. Save it to your personal drive
4. Customize!

If an error 'unable to open file' pops up it is most likely because you do not have
enough space on your google drive. Once you clear out space, you’ll be able to make a
copy!

If an error 'Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist' pops up - you’ll need to
manually highlight the URL, copy, and paste it into your web browser.
