Depend on production instructions for

6 PTW availability of tanks to work on (tank roof
activities )

Work plan is to work on 2 tanks riser
because of availability of 2 scaffolds - with
3 PTW for cable trays on tank riser total 4 PTW , so 1 PTW for tank 1 is issued to
close PTW of tank 14 and move the scaffold
5 PTW to tank 1 and start work there
But because of malfunction in fuseable plugs
and following production and saftey
instruction to stop the work , there is delay
to move from tank 14 to tank 1 , as tank 2
riser activity is on going

2 PTW for scaffolding

To be renewed until ending of all cable laying

3 PTW For main trench
to use them for backfilling activity

2 PTW For tanks 1,2 already the excavation

works finished and to start cleaning the
trench for cable laying activity 6 PTWs 3 PTWs 1 PTW 1 PTW
8 PTW For Excavation & backfilling works 4 PTW For excavation inside tanks 1,2,3,4
2 PTW for tanks 3,4 - to be started within 1
day

First time issuing and to be started within 1

1 PTW For excavation infront of dike of tanks 2,4
day

2 PTW For main cable laying in main trench

4 PTW
Cable laying Inside tanks 1,2 - waiting
2 PTW cleaning of thier trench and to be started
with in 1 day

1 PTW Loading and offloading cables drums

First time issuing and to be renewing until

1 PTW Cable termination inside new control room
finishing the termination for all main cables
