under the laws of the Philippines, with principal office at Sgt. Esguerra Avenue corner
Mother Ignacia Street, Quezon City, represented herein by DREAM MAKER –
GABRIEL NINO AMARO, (EXECUTIVE PRODUCER) and “APRIL ARMILLA P.
CONCEPCION” (“CONTRACTOR”).

ABS-CBN hereby acquires the services of CONTRACTOR for the following engagement:
