Terms Mutually Agreed Upon As Under ‫الشروط المتفق عليها كما يلي‬
1. The Second Party is not given the right to re-rent ‫ اليحق للمس تاجر ت أجير العين من الب اطن حس ب ق وانين البلدية وعند‬-1

4. At the time of vacating, the Tenant undertakes not

5. Leased unit is one villa without A/C , without ‫يدفع االيجار مقدما كل أول شهر م ع الوضع فى االعتبار انه يحتسب‬ -6

6. The rent will be paid advance every first month, ‫شهر فبراير و مارس فترة سماح مع دفع قيمة ايجار شهر ابريل نقدا‬
and the months of February and March are
calculated as a grace period, with the payment of ‫وتحتسب الشيكات بداية من شهر مايو‬
the value of the rent for the month of April in
‫اتفق الطرفان على ان تؤجر العين كسكن عائلى خاص للطرف الثانى‬ -7
cash, and the checks are calculated starting from

7. Parties to the contract agree to rent the unit as a
housing unit for Families ‫واق ر بص الحيتها مس توفية بكاف ة لوازمه ا وانه ا ص الحة لالنتف اع وتفي‬

8. The second party undertakes that he has received
t rented property and its attachments after ‫ال يج وز للط رف الث اني اج راء اي تع ديل ج وهري في العين املؤجرة اال‬ -9
checking t same and agreeing that the all are ‫باذن من الطرف االول‬
suitable for renting the property.
9. The second party cannot do any major changes in ‫يل تزم الط رف األول ب اجراء الترميم ات ال تي يقضى به ا الع رف و ذل ك‬ -10
t renting property without having literal
permission of t first party. ‫عند تسليم الفيال للطرف الثانى‬
10. The first party is committed to perform the ‫يتحمل الطرف الثاني مصاريف الميـاه والكهربـاء طيلـة فـترة اسـتئجارة‬ -11
repairs that are customarily done when the villa
is handed over to the second party. .‫للعين‬
11. The second party will pay the water and electricity ‫يل تزم الط رف الث اني عن د االنته اء االيج ار ألي سبب ب ان ي رد العين‬ -12
bills throughout contract period
12. The second party undertakes, at the end of the ‫املؤجرة الى الحال ة ال تي كانت عليه ا عن د االستئجار واذا وج د بن اء في‬
contract period, to return the leased property to
the condition it was in at the time of the lease ‫العين املؤجرة او غرس ا او غ ير ذل ك من تحسينات ال تزم بتركه ا دون‬
And if there is a building in the leased property, ،‫املطالبة يحق او تعويض‬

13. If any party wants to cease renewal for a new

15. In case the rent payment mentioned in the article .‫املستحقات املتبقية من العقد‬
