Dear Parents,
Kindly note down our assessment scheme.

First Term Second Term

Quiz Test :
 Will be conducted in month of May.
 Total marks 20
 Scheduled assessment … means date sheet with
syllabus will be provided 12 days before the start.
 Test paper will be provided in printed form.
 Marks will be added in term result.
 In case of absence paper will not be rescheduled
for any student and even marks cannot be
adjusted on average. Student must attend every
paper.
Class Test :
 Will be conducted in month of Aug + Sep
 Total marks 30
 Teachers at the end of chapter or for revision will
conduct these test in test copies. Best of 4 test
(marks equivalent of 30) will be added in term
result.
 Teacher will inform through diary may be a day
or two earlier only.
Mid Term Assessment:
 Total 50 marks
 Scheduled assessment … syllabus and datesheet
will be provided 20 days before the start of
assessment.
 Exam paper will be provided.
 In case of absence paper will not be rescheduled
for any student and even marks cannot be
adjusted on average. Student must attend every
paper.
Project:
 Once a term project will be given for each
subject.
 10 marks for each project.
 Project should be submitted on given or before
given deadline as after deadline project will not
be accepted in any case.
Mid Term Result :
All of the above mentioned marks will be added in mid
term result .
