 Fractional technology is a benchmark for efficiency and comfort in laser resurfacing procedures. Fractional
resurfacing consists in the emission of tiny laser energy beams which penetrate into the skin in the form of
thermal columns all the way to the dermis while leaving untreated tissue in-between them. Laser energy is
deposited into the tissue with a pattern of random shots which alternate areas treated by laser with those of
intact skin. This provides for a faster recovery and tissue regeneration and is a virtually painless treatment.

These thermal micro-columns treat the dermis superficially and also in depth, reaching the underlying layers
of the dermis and stimulating collagen formation. In addition, this mechanism allows for individualized
treatments, adapting them to the needs of each patient.

 Connect foot pedal:
 Insert one end of the foot pedal into the preset slot on the back of machine and then place the other end on a flat
ground.

Add water:
 Get some purified water (can be drink water) around 3.5L, and change it about 1~2 months;
 Don’t stop injecting until there is water flowing out from “SPILT WATER”.

Connect the power line:

 Make sure the local voltage is well-matched with the tagged one.

  It is necessary that users should read the manual carefully prior to the application of this machine;
 Consult whether the client has the above contraindications;
 It is suggested that this machine is operated in a separated room.
 No makeup on the day of surgery. If clients does this, please remove it to keep the treatment area clean.
 Please do a physical examination to ensure treatment effect and prevent allergic reactions.
 Disinfect the treatment heads and other therapeutic devices.
 Make sure the handle and power line are properly connected into the machine.

1. Turn on the machine:

 Lift the red emergency switch: If it is pressed down, the power will be shut off immediately. So, it should be released
when you are trying to start the machine.
 Turn the start key in front panel and start the machine.

2. Ensure good water flow. Switch on and off the machine for two minutes respectively. Then repeat this cycle for 3
times to normalize the inside water circulation.

3. Then you will see the main interface on the screen. Click “Fractional mode”, “Gynae mode” or “Pulse mode” to enter
into the corresponding treatment interfaces:

 Install treatment head for fractional mode.

 Choose scan graphic (rectangle, triangle, round, hexagon or ellipse) according to the shape of treatment area, and then
click “PREVIEW” to make this machine emit red laser.
 Adjust parameters from low to high depending on the size of treatment area and the feeling of patient.
NOTE: Please refer to the next part for recommended parameters.
 Put on protective goggles for operator and patient to protect their eyes from the laser.
 Press “READY”, the machine will start.
 When stepping on the pedal, place the treatment head firmly on the skin so that the laser can be successfully
released. After scanning, the machine will no longer emit laser and then release the pedal. If you still need to
continue scanning, do it again.

 It would be better to do treatment 1~2 sections and the interval is about 2~3 months.

 Install treatment head of gynae mode as shown below:

 Choose scan graphic (rectangle/circle) according to the shape of treatment area.

 Adjust parameters from low to high depending on size of treatment area and the personal feeling of patient.
NOTE: Please refer to the next part for recommended parameters.

 Put on protective goggles for operator and patient to protect their eyes from the laser.
 Press “READY”, the machine will start.
 Place the treatment head firmly on private parts and then trample the foot pedal. After scanning, release the pedals at
that time and end treatment. If you still need to continue scanning, do it again.
 Treatment sessions: for the inner vagina scan 2 times, the energy of the second time is lower; for the vulva scan
2~3 times. And the interval is about 2~3 months.

6. Click “Pulse mode” to enter into the corresponding treatment interface:

 Install treatment head of pulse mode and choose suitable cutter heads.
 Choose “Pulse” (point) or “Continuous” (line).
 Adjust parameters from low to high depending on size and shape of treatment area and the personal feeling of
patient.

 Put on goggles for operator and patient to protect their eyes from the laser.
 Press “READY”, the machine will start.
 Hold the treatment head close to the skin tissue needed to be cut, trample foot pedal and move along the
organization. After cutting, release the foot pedal.
 Pulse mode is very effective, most of sarcomas can be completely removed in one operation.

7. During the treatment, the client will feel heat and a little pain.
8. After the treatment, click “Back” to return to the previous interface. And then turn off the power, clean probe and working
area, etc.
NOTE: Any abnormal phenomenon during operation, please press the urgent stop button down.

Fractional / Pulse Mode:

 After treatment, there may appear slight bleeding and scabbing which will fall off naturally in several days and
shouldn’t be torn up by hand.

 It is normal and temporary that slight swelling and redness occur, with which cold compress can help. If severe
situation takes place, ask for medical advice.

 Avoid strenuous exercises so as to prevent inflammation caused by excessive sweat.

 Do not clean the treatment area with water within 24 hours after operation or use cosmetics that are stimulating
to skin.

 Avoid aerobic exercises, sauna and massage after treatment.

 Keep your hands off your treatment area in case of infection. The wound is probably bacterially infected if
there is honey-colored suppuration or scab along with painful feelings.

 Both seafood and pungent food are forbidden.

 Patients are unable to take dark-colored food and drinks like black soybeans, chocolate, coffee, cola, etc.

 Since they are not in favor of skin recovery, photosensitive food like lemon, white radish, celery, lettuce, rape,
eggplant, nori, spinach, adzuki beans and mango are prohibited.

 Tomatoes, cabbage as well as strawberry can help restore the targeted area so you can use them in moderation.

Gynae Mode:

 It is normal that abdominal distension and a few of blood stains appear.

 Slight redness and swelling will happen to vulva, which is normal and temporary.

 For scabbing, it fall off naturally, does not tear it up by hand.

 Do not urinate within 3 hours after treatment.

 Protect the targeted area from water within 12 hours after treatment.

 Sexual life is banned within 15 days after operation.

 Avoid excessive sweat to keep off bacterial infection.

 Sauna, massage and other water activities are forbidden.

 Avoid strenuous exercises like running, rope skipping, riding a bicycle, etc.

 Irritated food, dark-colored food, cigarettes and drinks should be kept away within a week.

 Please keep good sleep and keep vulva clean.

 Please keep underclothes clean and wear cotton underwear as well as skirt rather than skinny pants.

 Patients can disinfect private area by applying Iodine and saline.

 Private products that are able to restore the targeted area can be in use.

 Safety about Laser
 Ignitable & Explosive: Keep ignitable and explosive liquid or gas (such as alcohol, nitrous oxide and oxygen)
away from treatment room.
 Ornament: Before treatment, ornaments that reflect light should always be taken off from both treatment
receiver and operator.
 Warning sign: It is recommended that a warning sign be placed at the entrance to treatment room whenever the
system is in use.
 Temperature: Laser has a high request for treatment room temperature, especially in summer time when it’s
best to be controlled in 25 or 26 degree.

Safety about Users

To avoid unnecessary trouble during operation, the following people are forbidden to treat.
 People with skin cancer, epilepsy diabetes, hypertension, or heart diseases.
 People who are allergic to chemical light.
 People whose treatment area has malignant pathological changes.

Safety about LVD and EMC

 Keep both panel and cover board closed, because danger may be brought about when they are opened at
random.
 It’s not allowed to disconnect this beauty equipment beyond the factory’s authorization.
 Remaining electricity in some parts of the hair removal machine even after it’s switched off.
 Disconnect power supply before maintenance and then observe the process in person.
 After turning the equipment off, the cable should be removed from the power source.
 Please make sure the voltage is well-matched with your local electricity utilization.

Safety about Other Matters

 Please don’t strike or hit the machine because it may cause some damage.
 Do not operate unless you’ve received vocational training and known exactly every step about how to use it.
 Do not use the machine for other purposes than those described in this manual.
 The machine cannot be used on animals.
 In case that it should exceed the tolerance of skin, please do not adjust the energy to a overly level at the first
few times.
 Forbid to examine and repair the machine by yourself, especially the inner part of some devices such as electric
source, treatment heads, etc.

 Put the machine on the flat and stable surface.
 Check the main machine, accessory and the power cable are intact well before use.
 The machine is fragile. Do not drop it.
 Clean the equipment with a wet cloth but make sure no liquid penetrates.
 Do not operate the machine with wet hands.
 Do not bend or turn the power cable and the wires.
 Before you clean or transport the machine, make sure that it is switched off and the power cable is
unplugged.
 Put the equipment in a ventilated area. Do not cover the fan or the machine nor put any objects on it.
 Do not use the machine in the toilet or near a microwave or oven.
 Make sure that the power cable is not worn or broken before you plug it.
 The operator must be trained to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment and
master the knowledge of the operating system.
 Users under 18 cannot use the equipment.
 The machine cannot be used on animals.
 Do not use the machine for other purposes than those described in this manual.
 The operating temperature should be in good control.
 The treatment button should always be pressed by hand.
 When there is an error, the system will show a message to the operator, at which time please stop any
operation.
 The continuous working time of this machine shouldn’t exceed 2 hours, 8 hours/day at most.
 Turn off the power after the operation. When not in use, be sure to unplug the power line from the power
outlet.
 Please take good care of the equipment. The power cord and accessories should be carefully inspected
before operation. If there are any traces of damage, stop using them and replace them with a new one.

during which time the maintenance for any breakdown due to non-artificial factors will be performed free of charge.
Accessories are not included in the warranty, so please contact us if they are needed.

The standard of the operation process and the environment should be in accordance with all the instructions above.

Malfunctions caused by the following factors are out of the warranty:
