Description: Periodic Preventive Maintenance for Engine of Compressor B.
Compressor frame model: ARIEL, JGT/4.
Engine type: WAUKESHA, L5794GSI.

INTRODUCTION:
Emc Crew Performed Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PM-10000 hrs.) For Engine of
Compressor B. On 04/01/2024 @ 8:00 AM. (Actual Total Running Hours: 10662hrs).

TECHNICAL REPORT

Main Activities:-
 Opened the PTW.
 Stopped unit B.
 Closed suction & fuel valves.
 Vented gases.
 Drained Engine oil.
 Replaced Engine oil filters.
 Cleaned the microspin lube oil filtering system & replaced internal paper.

 Cleaned the breather filter.

 Checked ignition cables.
 Replaced oxygen sensors.
 Checked state of all belts & greased all bearing which need.
 Inspected carburetor state visually.
 Cleaned prelube suction strainer.
 Refilled prelube lubricator.
 Cleaned strainer of startup motor.
 Cleaned pre air filter.
 Checked coolant level.
 Eliminated oil leakage from forced feed pump left line.
 Checked oil level controller for compressor & Engine.
 Refilled engine oil.
 Removed (dismantled )1st stage scrubber sight glass (waiting materials).
 Performed housekeeping.
 Opened all closed valves.
 unit Started up and loaded @ 04:00 PM.

Additional Activities:-
 Replaced compressor oil filters as per petrosannan request.
