• You are required to maintain your diary neat and tidy, keeping it safe till the end of your training period.
• It is important that daily entries are made at the end of each day’s work (handwritten/typed-as advised
by your respective faculty guide).
• The weekly entries should contain a brief description of work undertaken during each week: Notes of
work carried out, challenges encountered & how handled, learnings etc.
• The diary should be produced for inspection whenever you are called for by your faculty supervisor,
during normal working hours.
• The diary organizes your thoughts and helps in proceeding in a more productive manner.
